十一假期前最后一天，在内部做了一次“技术人员为何要写博客”的演讲，写博客诚然可以锻炼文字组织能力，但那次活动也联想到演讲能力培养的问题。
技术演讲大多关注在于分享的内容，追求内容中有没有所谓的“干货”，而对言语组织及演讲技巧不是非常在意。因此在专业领域及分享做得优秀的，其演讲能力与其他领域（比如产品设计人员）的人相比不突出。表面看，是缺少一些演讲技巧，但是真正所缺，是对于问题的观点缺乏系统性的深度认识以及相关的语言总结能力。
又拿博客来比较，优秀的技术分享者大多文字能力不错。但是演讲与文字有一定差异，一段文字可以反复修改，斟酌最佳的表述方式及逻辑性，但是演讲是不可修改的，要求演讲者在短时间内观点清晰，逻辑正确，吸引听众的注意力，引导听众的思路，在演讲途中，听众无法象阅读文字那样跳过不感兴趣的一段，对于所讲内容要求更高。因此我觉得演讲属于比文字表达更高级别的一种形式，需要演讲者对问题理解更深入及透彻。
另外在现代组织中，演讲所需要的场合可能比文字更多，领导者需要通过演讲来传达愿景，有了好的愿景才会促使好的团队产生。另外一方面，团队成员需要通过演讲（或者在公众中独立发言）来表述观点及更合理的方案来更好的实现自我价值。
